Brown Thrasher postscript....

After I posted the first set of pictures, the young thrasher came back with its parent and they posed very nicely where I could see the differences. Parent in front has yellow eye....young has a bluish eye. Parent has longer tail and the wing feathers are a little different. There are also differences in their general color....parent darker on head in particular.....and the breast streaking. You should be able to click on this picture and bring it up larger, although it loses quality.
