But I also feel guilty if I don't pass them on to the other great bloggers out there who would like to have them. The best way I ever saw this handled was by Roy, who simiply listed his entire blog list and gave the award to all of them!That is exactly how I feel everytime I get one! If I visit your blog often and leave comments than obviously I think you have a super blog and would cheerfully give you any one of these awards! How can I choose 5 people? The biggest award for me in blogging is to just meet all of you nice people and to see your blogs and have you look at mine and get to know you through your comments.
I really, really mean it when I say.....these awards are for you....all of you! If you want one, take it and I will happily endorse the fact that I gave it to you because you are super bloggers.....all of you!
I post the awards you give me, because I am honored to receive them and value your friendship. But I can not choose 5 people for each of these awards! Take them.....all of them...each of you! Please?????

It does seem like the awards have started the circle again. I had to come to the decision of not passing the awards along. The added work when you receive an award can be overwhelming. I now just post the ones I receive on my left sidebar.

You deserve the awards for your lovely blog Mary and this is a fantastic way to handle it. I don't think anyone who you pass them onto does not want it but it might be that some people are shy and dont know how to re-act. :) Also I think those people in turn find it hard to select 5 people to pass it on to as we have some many wonderful people visiting us, it is very difficult to select favorites. :)
This works for me Mary...it's just too hard to have to pick. I'm just glad I found you, and enjoy visiting you each day.

I know the fealing, it is really difficult to single out some blogs from others, because they are all great in some way :) This is a nice way of doing it.

Great way to handle awards. I'm afraid I do nothing with them because I just can't give them out to a few. I like this way.
Anne, Anne and Sandy: Please help yourselves! The sunny one seems very popular....we all want a sunny blog! I like the dog and think someone should take that one....you all "stand out in a crowd"....so any of you deserve it! In the past I have been like you, Sandy, and sort of ignored them other then saying thanks, but then I feel guilty for not acknowledging other bloggers for their great blogs!
I feel the way you do. I love getting them. I think it's such a great compliment but I feel funny passing them along too mostly because I don't want to leave anyone out and there are soooo many wonderful blogs I visit.
2sweetnsaxy: You deserve lots of awards for the super stuff you've been posting! Please take one of these! I think the "Hot Blog Award" would be a good one for you! Or all of them!
