I didn't get a great focus on these, but we saw these two cute little baby turkeys following mom across a yard. I was shooting through the car window and they were moving fast once they knew I saw them and stopped.

To see them at all is wonderful! Any picture at all is a bonus.
I love the way that Mom is walking in that first photo with her toes pointed forward. Very proper looking!

Oh, lucky you. I've never even seen baby turkeys, let alone gotten photos of them.
We stopped in the road at first when we saw the mother and then when we saw the babies, Mike pulled into someone's driveway, but it was all pretty quick. I've never seen baby turkeys before...just the adults. They looked so cute hurrying along behind mom. I agree with Jenny...her strut was very "proper" and queenly. Maybe she was trying to set a good example for the babies :-)
