This one gives me a stiff neck ..........to go with my sore throat and cough
I haven't been feeling well and the heat is miserable, so I didn't go anywhere to take pictures yesterday.

This is not a great shot, but I liked the tail spread, so I kept it. I keep a lot of "bad" hummingbird shots, just because they are interesting. I get a lot of "ghost" shots that have only an "essence" of the bird because of all of the movement. They are kind of fascinating....it's there.... but not there ....all at the same time.

Feel better soon - BUT - you're still getting great photos at home.
Oh Shame Mary!! I DO hope you feel better soon. There is nothing worse than being sick in the summer!! Take care of yourself and feel better soon!!
Hope you feel better soon. Here in Oregon it is cool and cloudy today. Right now its only 58 degrees out and its supposed to be in the 70s. I'm glad for a break from the heat.
I hope you recover quickly, not fun feeling sick in the summer. (or winter for that fact....wait...or spring or fall either)..

Not good ... this your not feeling well. Better dose up with some Oregano Oil ... works for me!

Thanks everyone! I can't seem to get rid of the cough, but I felt somewhat better today after just sitting around doing very little. I'd rather use my energy to comment on your blogs then answering each of these individually, but I always appreciate all who stop by and visit....you've become like family :-) The best kind of family!
Well, Mary, here is a belated 'get well soon ' message. The heat can really get a person down so take it easy. I agree with you that Hummingbirds are always fascinating and we sometimes laugh at loud at their antics.
Hope you're feeling better today, I know how miserable it is to have a cold when the weather is hot.
