I'm busy trying to finish up last minute Christmas presents and get packages sent, so I don't have a lot of time for blogging at the moment. I just discovered that I have hit 1000 posts in this blog! To celebrate, I'll save myself some trouble by letting you caption the photos for me and giving some prizes :-) I'll select 3 of these photos of one of my favorite birds...the Titmouse...and you can leave me a comment with a caption for them. I'm sure I won't get prizes sent until after Christmas.....but I will select winners and add your captions to my photos. I'll give you 2 days...Wednesday and Thursday.

Congratulations Mary on reaching 1000 posts. I don't know about giving them captions, but the images are excellent. You really have mastered that camera now.

Mary, this little Titmouse is one of my favorite birds. I love all your photos. Congratulations on your 1000th post, that's quite an achievement. The last photo, it was almost as if the Titmouse was saying, "Are you still here?" That's about the best I could do but I'm looking forward to seeing what others come up with.

Mary: That is a Titmouse with a neat coiffure and fun personality. They have the best singing voice in the Spring.

Congrats Mary on your 1000th post... It's too late for me tonight to think about putting captions on the adorable photos. SO--I'll give all of the others who have guessed, a better chance to win...
