Here are the rest of my wetlands photos....mostly Canada Geese!
There were groups of 7-8 geese in several different locations with a few Mallard Ducks scattered around.
This group of geese were the closest to the bridge where we were standing and they were willing to pose for me.

My photos didn't end up where I wanted them, so we have an interlude......we were curious about this sturdy looking nest.
The reflections were very nice on the water and I like to play with them on the computer, adding color and contrast, but I will just show the originals here.
Some dead water grasses....they were fun to add color to.
This one I colored up a bit.
The white Sycamores stand out this time of year.

I like the one where they are all swimming in a row. Maybe they were siblings and were still following their mother.
Hi Mary...I like that one with the geese all following the leader up stream..nice reflection too and the nest is interesting hmmm but can't help there!!

Hi Mary, More great pictures of the Canada Geese.. Love the goose on guard duty and the trio.... I also enjoy seeing them line up when they sail upstream....

Great Goose guard shot Mary and I particularly like the Line astern of the Canadas. You are really getting to grips with that zoom on the Fuji now.
You've gotten more wonderful pictures of the Canada Geese. It's neat that they were willing to pose for your. Of course, the one spreading his wings was being a little bit of a show-off.
Oh, your geese look close enough to reach out and feel their soft feathers! Great shots!!! The nest--a squirrel nest, perhaps!
