Tufted Titmouse....

One of my favorite birds.
I love these little guys, but they flit in and out so quickly and switch back and forth between the various feeders, so keeping up with them is challenging.
 They always looks so happy.
"Wow....I found a really big peanut!"

 "Got another one!"
"Peek-a-boo!"
"Hmmmm.....which feeder will I land on this time.  Whichever one she isn't pointing the camera at!  I can out-smart her any day!"
"I want all of these peanuts before someone else finds them!"

Resting.....they never seem to rest :-)
"Maybe I'll try that suet stuff next."

Yesterday was the first sunny somewhat warm day(upper sixties)we have had. I sat my chair in the sunshine quite close to my birdfeeder and spent the better part of an hour watching the birds. The Tufted Titmice are always there to cheer me up.

They are sweet looking! I think the big black eyes make it look less beady than some other birds. I've not been over to the States for 7 years now, but I still remember the song of these little Titmice! (-:

They sure never do rest, do they...about the time I think I have a shot, they take off. And they are just one of the cutest, perkiest birds ever.
