A couple days after the hawk, I had another deck visitor....
"Oh, boy....sunflower seeds, my favorite snack!"
"Oops.....busted!"
"You did hang this here for ME, didn't you????"
"Oh.....my misunderstanding....I'll move along now"
"I really don't think that it is fair for the birds to get all the good stuff! Don't you like raccoons?"

Well, don't you? He is such a cutie but almost as good at thieving as squirrels. Lovely to see his front, back and sweet expression.

They are so cute but can really get into a lot of stuff!
He was very cute, but I do hate to encourage them. They clean out the feeders during the night, so I try to leave only enough food to be eaten by the birds each day. I was surprised to see this one in the daytime.
These are so darn cute - I only sawa raccoon once in my yard but he left so quick i couldn't get a photo. Great shots!
